What is Print Your Memory?

To put it simply we’re an awesome website that helps you print photos online, creating stunning HD metallic prints perfect for your home (or to give as a gift!) in 3 simple steps. 

 

What material do you use?

High quality 3mm thick aluminium. Only the best. And did you know aluminum is recyclable? Bonus!

 

What makes you different?

With years of experience in the photographic and printing industry we can source expertly treated, high end materials. All prints are machine printed and cut, then hand finished for that personal touch. This results in crystal clear HD prints with pin sharp resolution. How and where do you print my photos?

We have our own factory in Cheshire, UK, stacked to the rafters with all the latest printing technology together with a passionate workforce awaiting your order.

 

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging varies depending on the size of product you’ve ordered. P&P ranges from £2.99 for the smallest product to just £9.99 for our large 20×16 prints. Items are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx depending on print size. Due to their size, orders containing our largest print size are only sent via FedEx. Single prints smaller than 20″ x 16″ are sent via Royal Mail.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only deliver to the UK. But keep an eye out as we start to take over the world. In a good way.

 

I’ve ordered. How long do I have to wait?

You’ve got good taste! Thanks for your order. Great news, you don’t have long to wait at all. We aim to deliver FedEx orders within 4 working days so listen out for that doorbell! Royal Mail orders can take up to 6 working days.

 

How do I hang/position it?

If you’ve ordered a tabletop print we will hand position the stand to the back, in correct orientation ready for you to place. There is also a hook should you wish to hang the smaller prints.

If you’ve purchased wall art, these come with an integral wall bracket for a free floating effect.

 

Can I hang it outside?

In short: Yes! Our prints are expertly treated and water resistant so they can go anywhere. They’re super easy to clean too.

 

I’m uploading pictures of children; how safe is it?

Protecting your loved ones is a top priority for you and us! Our site is fully protected and holds a valid SSL certificate to protect your details. Your image, once uploaded, is sent to our factory to produce the print. Once complete we will hold your image on file in a secure database for a period of 6 months in case you require a reprint. After 6 months we delete images from the system.

 

I’m not totally satisfied with my order, what should I do?

Oh no! Not a problem. The best thing to do is get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help find the best solution. Please include as many details as possible and don’t forget a picture!
